“UGLE recognizes Grand Lodge of Iowa” means the UGLE foreign-list page listed that name on the access date. It does not mean Iowa is objectively regular, or that Iowa recognizes UGLE, or that any other GL agrees.
A body on the map is a sourced claimant (or a subordinate listed by a claimant). Phylaxis/UGLE/etc. classifications are directed edges with excerpts.
Ranked by sourced public signals — own site, pages absorbed, social, live HTTP, hall, schedule. Travelers: a thicker footprint often means more published contact points. It does not mean more members. Full catalog, default-sorted by footprint.
