At that time, there were about 350 residents of Spokane Falls. Applications for Perpetual Charters were received by the Supreme Council from the following bodies in Spokane Falls: Occidental Preceptory No. —-; Cascade Chapter No. —-; and Albert G. Mackey Lodge No. —-. The Valley of Spokane Falls was chartered on August 12, 1890. By July 1, 1891 the Valley of Spokane Falls had 53 members and its bodies ultimately resided
